Pre-assembled Machine Setup

For customers who received a fully pre-assembled PikkoBot. If you have a kit, go to Kit Assembly.

1. Unboxing

  1. Lift the machine out of the foam by the frame, not by the gantry rails.
  2. Verify the packing list: 24V power supply + cable, USB-B cable, two USB-A camera cables, air tubing (6mm OD), spare JUKI CP40 nozzles, USB drive with config files.
Do not power on before completing the inspection in step 2. Shipping vibration can loosen connectors.

2. Inspection

  • Stepper motor cables seated: X, Y1, Y2, Z, rotation (5 total)
  • Top and bottom camera USB cables connected to the mainboard
  • Pneumatic tubing connected to both nozzle heads, no kinks
  • Staging plate flat, PCB rails adjusted to PCB width
  • Endstop switches free (no debris blocking)

3. Connect to Computer

  1. Plug the mainboard USB-B into your computer.
  2. Plug both camera USB-A cables into your computer.
  3. Connect the 24 V power supply and flip the switch — the ring LEDs should illuminate.

4. Install Software

Continue with Software Setup to install OpenPnP and load the pre-tuned configuration.
